We have experienced good result by pelviscopic fimbrioplasty with Laser and Video. The patient had been left salpingectomy previously due to left tubal pregnancy and right side hydrosalpinx with fimbrial obstruction. We operated her by
pelviscopic
fimbrioplasty used the Laser and Video system to mimize tissue demage, postoperative peritubal adhesion, and to magnify operative field After 7 months later, she had normal intrauterine pregnancy and had Cesarean Section Delivery healthy normal

3510 gram baby(APGAR score 10->10) successfully and had not found right side hydrosalpinx and fimbrial obstruction.
